Job summary

Behavioral Innovations is seeking entry-level Behavior Technicians and RBTs for clinic-based ABA therapy with children aged 18 months to 10 years in Boulder. Paid training is provided, with supervision by BCBA and a clear career path in ABA.

Schedule typically 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday, with some half-day Saturdays. Full-time preferred; part-time roles require open availability within hours and at least 25 hours weekly. Growth opportunities toward BCBA are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic is necessary.
• Strong communication and organizational skills expected.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified).
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain (provided by BI).
• Must pass background check including child abuse registry clearance and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision and collect behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
