Behavioral Innovations Commerce City is hiring entry-level Behavior Technicians and RBTs to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children aged 18 months to 10 years. You will implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision and collect behavioral data.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Reliable transportation to the clinic.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days.
• CPR/First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain (provided by BI).
• Must complete and successfuly pass a background check, including child abuse registry clearance, and drug screening as a condition of employment

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children 18 months-10 years.
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment
