Job summary

Behavioral Innovations – Arvada Treatment Center is hiring Entry-Level Behavior Technicians and RBTs to provide clinic-based ABA therapy to children. We offer paid training, BCBA supervision, and a clear path for career growth. Centers operate 8am–6pm, Monday–Friday, with occasional half-day Saturdays.

Full-time preferred; part-time requires availability within these hours and at least 25 hours per week. Requirements include being 18+, HS diploma, reliable transport, and willingness to obtain

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Willingness to obtain RBT certification within 60 days (if not certified).
• Must complete and pass background check, including child abuse registry clearance, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1, center-based ABA therapy to children (18 months–10 years).
• Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Collect and record behavioral data.
• Support skill development, communication, and social interaction.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team collaboration.
• Maintain a safe, clean therapy environment.
