Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Tewksbury, MA is hiring Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will work one-on-one with children following individualized plans.

Candidates should have a HS diploma or GED and 6 months to 1 year of experience with children; ABA experience preferred. Flexible center-based schedules and growth opportunities available.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience and Education
