Kaleidoscope ABA has been delivering ABA therapy for children with autism for over 20 years. We are hiring Behavioral Technicians (BT) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to provide direct treatment under a BCBA clinician. Join a dedicated team focused on compassionate care and meaningful progress.

Center-based roles with flexible schedules are available. A HS diploma or GED is required, and 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred) is ideal.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy and treatment under BCBA supervision.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience And Education

• It is an essential function to be able to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include: long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, lifting, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.
