Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Mansfield, MA is hiring Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. Center-based roles with flexible schedules accommodate students and families.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Must meet the physical demands of the job (standing, lifting, pushing/pulling equipment).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment and ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Work one-on-one with children according to individualized treatment plans.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience and Education
