Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in Chelmsford, MA. The role offers $20/hour with benefits, PTO, and a 20-year track record of service.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• May include physical tasks such as standing, lifting, and engaging with children on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under supervision.
• Work one-on-one with children per individualized treatment plans.
• Assist BCBA in implementing behavior intervention plans.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.
