Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking compassionate individuals to join as Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to deliver direct ABA therapy under a BCBA's supervision. You will work one-on-one with children following individualized treatment plans in a center-based setting.

Ideal candidates have a HS Diploma/GED and 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience; strong teamwork ability is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Essential function may require long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, lifting, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Work one-on-one with children according to treatment plans.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.
