Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) in Cherry Hill, NJ to provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. Centers-based roles with flexible schedules, offering competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Minimum HS Diploma, 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred) and ability to work independently or in a team. Positions supported by a strong, 20+ year organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Must meet the physical demands (standing, lifting, engaging with children).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy and treatment under BCBA supervision.
• Work one-on-one with children according to individualized treatment plans.
• Assist in implementing behavior reduction and acquisition plans as directed by a BCBA.

Position Description We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience and Education
