Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA provides ABA therapy services and seeks compassionate Behavioral Technicians and RBTs to deliver direct treatment under BCBA supervision. The role focuses on one-on-one work with children, following individualized treatment plans and ensuring safety and engagement during sessions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Physical demands may require long periods of standing, sitting, lifting, bending, and floor work with children.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct treatment and ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA clinician.
• Work one-on-one with children according to individualized treatment plans.
• Engage with children on the floor or while standing for extended periods.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.
