Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy to children under supervision. Responsibilities include implementing individualized treatment plans and working one-on-one with clients in a center-based setting.

Ideal candidates have a HS Diploma/GED and 6 months to 1 year of experience with children; ABA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to children one-on-one.
• Follow individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
• Engage with children on the floor or seated, as required.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience and Education

• It is an essential function to be able to meet the rigorous demands of the job, which may include: long periods of standing, sitting, following, pushing/pulling equipment, lifting, bending, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.
