Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is hiring Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized treatment plans and monitoring progress.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a HS Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Essential functions may include standing, sitting, lifting, and engaging with children on the floor for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy and treatment to children.

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.
