Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Pennsauken, NJ is seeking compassionate Behavioral Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.

You will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized treatment plans, with flexible center-based schedules and opportunities for growth; benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, weekly pay, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Minimum of HS Diploma or GED
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred)
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience And Education
