Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA is hiring Behavioral Technicians and RBTs to deliver direct ABA therapy under supervision. You will work one-on-one with children, implement individualized plans, and assist with data collection to monitor progress.

Center-based positions with flexible schedules, competitive hourly pay, and benefits. HS diploma or GED required; 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred, willingness to learn and grow within a trusted practice.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Physical demands include standing, lifting, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience and Education
