Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking Behavior Technicians and RBTs to provide direct ABA therapy under a BCBA supervision. The role involves working one-on-one with children, executing individualized treatment plans, and contributing to progress data collection.

Center-based positions with multiple schedules, permanent employment, and benefits including health insurance, 401k, and weekly pay. Training like the 40-hour RBT course may be provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS Diploma or GED required.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience with children (ABA preferred).
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

Position Description

We are seeking compassionate people to work as Behavioral Technicians (BTs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide direct treatment and ABA therapy. Under the supervision of a BCBA clinician, the BT is responsible for working one-on-one with children carrying out their individualized treatment plans.

Required Experience and Education
