LifeStream Behavioral Center, Inc. in Florida seeks a Behavioral Tech III to provide advanced support to individuals with behavioral health needs during the third shift. You will implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and maintain a safe, therapeutic environment.

Collaborate with clinicians, document effectively in electronic health records, assist in training junior staff, and participate in ongoing professional development while adhering to regulatory policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health.
• Experience in shift work and ability to adapt to varying schedules.
• Crisis management experience.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress, behaviors, and incidents during the shift.
• Provide direct care and support to patients, ensuring safety and well-being.
• Facilitate group therapy sessions and therapeutic activities as directed by clinical staff.
• Respond to crisis situations and de-escalate potentially volatile situations effectively.

Job Purpose:- The Behavioral Tech III at LIFESTREAM BEHAVIORAL CENTER is responsible for providing advanced support and care to individuals with behavioral health needs during the third shift.
