Job summary

Bridgewell seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals in residential programs and assist in delivering behavior analytics under the supervision of an RBT supervisor. The role involves improving daily living skills and data collection across programs.

The position requires a current RBT certification, a high school diploma or GED, and at least one year of experience with developmental or psychiatric disabilities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree or DSP Certification preferred.
• Current Registered Behavior Technician certification.
• 1 year experience with developmental or psychiatric disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and assist individuals with skills training in daily living activities.
• Deliver behavior analytic services and support, and assist in data collection and reporting.
• Meet regularly with RBT supervisor to review behavior plans and data collection/analyses.
• Create opportunities and support individuals to develop skills and independence.
• Maintain documentation per DDS, DMH, MassHealth, HUD, DPH, CARF, Bridgewell standards.
• Administer medications and maintain required training certifications.
