Job summary

Bridgewell offers a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role supporting residents in programs and delivering behavior analytics under supervision. The position emphasizes skill-building, data collection, and collaboration with a supervising RBT to implement plans.

40 hours per week with flexible scheduling. Requires RBT certification, a high school diploma, and experience with developmental or psychiatric disabilities. Benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• RBT certification current.
• 1 year experience with developmental or psychiatric disabilities preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide support and assist individuals with skills training in activities of daily living.
• Deliver behavior analytic services and support under supervision of an RBT supervisor.
• Meet regularly with RBT supervisor to review behavior plans, data collection, and analysis.
• Create opportunities and support individuals to develop independence.
• Maintain documentation according to DDS, DMH, MassHealth, HUD, DPH, CARF and Bridgewell policies.
• Administer medications according to MAP regulations, as applicable.
