Job summary

Bridgewell in Lynn, MA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support residential programs and deliver behavior analytics under supervision. The role emphasizes skill-building, data collection, and collaboration with a supervising RBT.

You will work with individuals with developmental or psychiatric disabilities, follow DDS/DMH and related standards, maintain documentation, and participate in training to keep CPR/FA, OSHA, MAP certifications current.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and oral communication to produce clear documents.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft products and agency web-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide skills training support for activities of daily living.
• Deliver behavior analytic services and assist with data collection and reporting.
• Meet regularly with RBT supervisor to review plans and data.
• Support individuals in making decisions to develop independence.
• Maintain documentation per regulatory standards and agency policies.
• Administer medications per MAP regulations as applicable.
• Maintain core certifications (CPR/FA, OSHA, MAP, Driver Safety).
• Develop relationships with guardians and stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
