Job summary

Bridgewell seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support individuals in residential programs and assist in delivering behavior analytics under supervision. The role involves data collection, implementing interventions, and coordinating with a supervisor to optimize plans and outcomes.

This full-time position requires a high school diploma or GED, an active RBT certification, and at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree or DSP Certification preferred.
• Must have current Registered Behavior Technician certification.
• Minimum 1 year experience with developmental or psychiatric disabilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skills training in activities of daily living.
• Deliver behavior analytic services under supervision.
• Meet regularly with RBT supervisor to review plans and data.
• Support individuals to develop independence and decision-making.
• Comply with DDS, DMH, MassHealth, HUD, DPH, CARF standards and Bridgewell policies.
• Administer medications as per MAP regulations.
• Maintain required certifications (CPR/FA, OSHA, MAP, Driver Safety).
• Develop relationships with guardians and stakeholders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
