As a paraprofessional/behavior aide, you will support your assigned student per their IEP, applying customized behavior strategies in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. SESI partners with school districts to run in-district classrooms and standalone schools, serving over 7,000 students

Qualifications

• High school diploma.
• Experience working in an educational setting implementing behavioral interventions for students with intensive behavioral needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support assigned student per IEP with behavior and life skills guidance.
• Work one on one to meet IEP goals and provide accommodations.
• Assist in development and modification of behavior plans.
• Record data on behaviors and progress toward goals.
• Communicate with parents and collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
