Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, partners with school districts to run in-district classrooms and standalone schools for K-12 students requiring additional supports.

You will assist teachers in delivering individualized services and monitoring student behavior to foster growth and learning. As a behavior aide, you will collaborate with diverse students, support assessments, and use SESI's CASE PBIS framework to reinforce progress.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; college experience or bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
• Experience working with students with special needs in an educational setting preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish speaking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with a diverse group of students and lead small group instruction.
• Partner with the teacher to provide behavior and academic support.
• Assist with assessments and progress tracking.
• Monitor student behavior and safety.
• Provide accommodations and modifications as necessary.
