Job summary

Specialized Education Services, Inc. (SESI), a division of FullBloom, supports K-12 students with intensive behavioral needs through in-district classrooms and standalone schools.

You will provide customized behavior support, help students develop life skills, and work within a multidisciplinary team to deliver holistic guidance and support. You will contribute to a supportive environment, track progress, and collaborate with parents and educators to ensure IEP goals are met in diverse

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Experience in an educational setting implementing behavioral interventions for students with intensive behavioral needs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work one on one with an assigned student to meet goals in the student’s IEP.
• Provide accommodations and modifications as necessary.
• Assist in development and modification of behavior support plans.
• Implement behavior support plans and record data on behaviors and progress toward goals.
• Utilize behavior support and intervention strategies to support students.
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment and monitor student safety during school hours.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure consistent plan implementation.
• Provide personal care support as needed based on student needs.
• Communicate effectively with parents and school staff.
