Job summary

Suvi is seeking an experienced psychology professional to join our team as a Behavioral Subject Matter Expert (SME). You will provide expertise in behavioral assessment, psychological analysis, and mission-focused support for HUMINT operations.

The role requires strong analytical skills, sound judgment, and experience working in complex environments. This is a pipeline position with responsibilities spanning mission support, assessments, reporting, and guidance for case agents and source

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Advanced degree in behavioral psychology.
• 20+ years overall, with 15+ in HUMINT-related assessments.
• Experience with FBI/IC sources and vetting tools.
• Ability to administer and interpret psychological tests.
• Ability to translate findings into actionable operational guidance.

Responsibilities

• Support Mission Teams.
• Inform operational planning with psychological expertise.
• Provide timely updates to leadership.
• Conduct Behavioral Research & Analysis.
• Analyze information to support HUMINT targeting and decision-making.
• Assess information relevance and offer well-reasoned recommendations.
• Administer and interpret psychological tests and produce assessments.
• Evaluate sources and conduct source/case assessments.
• Review case files and background materials for behavioral patterns.
• Identify key traits, strengths, vulnerabilities and indicators of reliability or risk.
• Provide guidance to case agents and source handlers based on findings.
• Prepare concise, well-structured reports for operational use.
• Translate complex psychological concepts into practical recommendations.
