Job summary

Paycom in Sherman Oaks, CA is seeking a Behavioral Respite Program Manager to oversee daily operations, staffing, and service delivery of the Behavioral Respite Program on-site. You will supervise Behavioral Respite Professionals, manage a caseload, and ensure regulatory compliance and timely reporting.

The role requires leadership and 2+ years of staff supervision experience in human services, with a focus on family-centered, culturally responsive care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, education, or another related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ management experience in a human services related field.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience providing staff training, supervision, and planning.
• Expertise in coordinating intensive services in both clinic and community settings.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Familiarity with family-centered, strengths-based services.
• Comfortable in diverse home environments and culturally responsive.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all branch functions for each department and all clinical and administrative staff.
• Supervise Behavioral Respite Professionals delivering behavior management and respite relief.
• Manage a caseload.
• Ensure 90% of services are being provided and conduct utilization review.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance is understood, implemented and reinforced in the department.
• Ensure data collection is maintained ethically.
• Submit Special Incident Reports to VP of Clinical Care.
• Liaise with Regional Center and contribute to office growth.
• Ensure progress reports are submitted timely and staff trained as needed.
• Oversee hiring and promotions and ensure branch is fully staffed at all times.
• Drive may be required across service territories.
