Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Behavioral Respite Clinical Manager to provide clinical leadership for the Behavioral Respite program serving individuals with developmental and behavioral needs.

You will supervise clinical staff, ensure evidence-based ABA services, and maintain compliance with BCBA standards and state regulations while developing individualized behavior intervention strategies and training families and staff.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience providing ABA services.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience supervising RBTs and/or clinical staff.
• Strong knowledge of behavior plan development, data analysis, and ABA methodologies.
• Experience in Respite care, crisis intervention, or short-term behavioral support settings preferred.
• Leadership or program development experience preferred.
• Familiarity with California Regional Center systems and regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight and program development for the Behavioral Respite program.
• Review client plans from state/regional agencies and translate into behavior plans.
• Develop and oversee implementation of behavior support plans.
• Ensure interventions align with ABA best practices.
• Design and monitor data collection systems tied to goals and progress.
• Provide supervision to RBTs to ensure plan fidelity.
• Conduct RBT competency assessments per BCBA guidelines.
• Deliver ongoing supervision and coaching to staff.
• Deliver RBT exam prep study groups and staff training sessions.
• Educate families on behavior management, data collection, and skill-building.
• Establish data collection, analysis, and reporting systems.
• Ensure documentation meets regulatory and organizational standards.
• Support audits and program compliance with funding requirements.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and serve as clinical point of contact.
• Contribute to policies and strategic growth initiatives.
• Promote ethical practice and continuous learning.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
