360 Behavioral Health is seeking a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to lead our Respite Services Program in Los Angeles, overseeing respite clients and guiding DSPs in community and home settings.

The role requires an active BCBA, a Master’s in ABA or related field, and at least one year of clinical and supervisory experience. You’ll partner with families, ensure compliant service delivery, and drive positive outcomes in a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing.
• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• 1+ year of clinical experience.
• 1+ year of supervising staff.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation.
• Bilingual preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight for respite clients.
• Develop and monitor behavior support plans as needed.
• Coach and mentor Direct Support Professionals (DSPs).
• Partner with families to promote safety and independence.
• Ensure service delivery, documentation compliance & quality standards.
• Support crisis prevention and real-time behavior guidance.
