Job summary

PsychPros, Inc. seeks a Behavioral Medicine Consultant to deliver primary care behavioral medicine services and to provide consultations to PCPs on behavioral health diagnoses and treatments.

The role includes direct patient care, assessments, and brief interventions to mitigate medical impact of behavioral health conditions. There may be opportunities to train Psychology Interns and Postdoctoral Residents.

Qualifications

• Doctoral or master’s degree with licensure in WA state as specified.
• Active WA license to practice in Clinical Psychologist, MFT, LICSW, or LMHC.
• Experience in or knowledge of primary care behavioral medicine is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide Primary Care Behavioral Medicine services and consult PCPs.
• Direct patient care including assessments and brief interventions, with occasional longer-term therapy.
• Opportunity to train Psychology Interns and Postdoctoral Residents.

Education

Ph.D. or Psy.D. in clinical or counseling psychology

Master's degree in counseling psychology, clinical social work, mental health counseling, or marriage and family therapy
