Qualifikationen

• AA degree or equivalent required.
• BA degree preferred.
• Knowledge and experience in ABA.
• Criminal clearance, including fingerprints and TB Test.
• Previous experience working with and supervising children.
• Current CPR and 1st Aid Certificate within 3 months of employment.

Aufgaben

• Assist scholars with behavioral challenges in and outside the classroom.
• Provide support to students with special education needs to achieve IEP goals.
• Collaborate with scholars' general education and RSP teacher.
• Facilitate reading intervention, small group instruction and pull out groups.
• Conduct academic assessments.
• Provide instruction in drills and activities to modify skills.
• Participate in professional development to refine school culture and academics.
• Assist teachers with instruction, oversight, and supervision of students.
• Follow health, safety, and nutrition policies and procedures.
• Maintain high behavioral expectations and positive discipline policies.
• Communicate with staff, parents, and stakeholders.
• May provide adaptive supports with eating and toileting.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
