Cross Country Education in Huntington Beach, CA seeks an experienced Behavioral Interventionist (BII) to support a kindergartner’s communication development and positive behavior. You’ll implement individualized plans, de-escalation strategies, and collaborate with classroom staff to maintain a structured, safe learning environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree (preferred), 2+ years in schools, CPI certification, and RBT or 40-hour ABA training; valid driver’s license required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting students in a school setting, preferably with experience in behavioral intervention.
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Certification or completion of a 40-hour Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) seminar or workshop.
• Current CPI Certification required.
• Valid Driver's License.
