Cross Country Education in Lawndale and Hawthorne, California seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide individualized behavioral services, observe classrooms, and support students in reaching their goals. You will conduct FBAs and BIPs, develop intervention plans, and collaborate with educators and multidisciplinary teams.

A Master’s degree and BCBA certification are required, with school-based experience preferred.

• Active BCBA Certification required.

Cross Country Education is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide individualized behavioral services, collaborate with educators, and help students thrive in the Lawndale and Hawthorne, California area.

Position Overview

• Conduct student and classroom observations to identify behavioral needs and develop individualized intervention strategies.
• Conduct, develop, implement, and monitor Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) to promote positive student outcomes.
• Provide consultation, coaching, and training to teachers, support staff, and educational teams on evidence-based behavioral strategies.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support students’ behavioral, social-emotional, and educational goals.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Certification
• Experience conducting behavioral assessments, developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and collaborating with multidisciplinary educational teams
• School-based experience or experience supporting K–12 students preferred
