Job summary

Maxim Healthcare Services in Concord is seeking an Intensive Behavioral Aide to support individuals with developmental delays and challenging behaviors. The role involves one-to-one intervention, daily activities, personal care, and data collection under a Behavior Support Plan.

Eligible candidates typically have a high school diploma or GED and CPR/First Aid certification, with preferred experience in education or healthcare and a willingness to work flexible PT/FT hours.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• CPR/First Aid certification for Adult & Children.
• Experience or coursework in behavioral support preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one behavior intervention services to individuals with behavioral challenges.
• Assist with daily program activities in self-help, communication, social, cognitive and motor areas and crisis intervention.
• Support personal care duties including bathing, feeding, dressing and mobility as needed.
• Implement and collect data on behaviors and goals from the Behavior Support Plan.
