Job summary

Maxim Healthcare has a Behavioral Caregiver role supporting children and adults with developmental delays and challenging behaviors. You will work one-to-one with clients, under supervision of a BCBA, implementing the behavior plan and tracking progress during sessions, while helping families maintain daily routines.

Qualifications include a high school diploma, CPR/First Aid, TB test, and at least one year experience with disabilities. We offer flexible scheduling, training, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Minimum of one year of experience with individuals with disabilities (including challenging behaviors).
• Current in-person CPR/First Aid certification for Adult & Child.
• TB test updated.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provides one-to-one behavior intervention services as instructed by Clinical Leadership and based on treatment plans.
• Implements goals/objectives in the treatment plan.
• Assists with daily program activities in self-help, communication, social, cognitive, motor, behavior, and crisis intervention.
• Assists client with personal care activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
