Qualifications

• Associates degree in psychology, social work, or related behavioral health field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in clinical assessment, therapy, or crisis intervention.
• Education combined with relevant experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver behavioral health and emotional wellness training; create materials; promote EAP utilization.
• Establish relationships with internal stakeholders and external mental health providers.
• Serve in on-call capacity for emergency response and supervisory consultation.
• Provide confidential supportive services, referrals to community providers, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate wellness programs, peer support, and family education.
