Freedom House Recovery Center, Inc. is seeking a full-time behavioral health professional to plan and deliver trainings across the community, online, and for Freedom House staff.

This role values passion for mental health and the ability to connect with others to build a better-informed community. You will become a certified trainer in evidence-based mental health curriculums, organize trainings for law enforcement, EMTs, providers, school staff, and the general public, and create LMS content

Formación

• Minimum of 4 years post-baccalaureate experience in a behavioral health role.
• Ability to engage a group of adult learners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office suite of software including PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and provide an array of behavioral health trainings in the community, online, and to Freedom House staff.
• Become a certified trainer in evidence-based mental health awareness curriculums.
• Organize and provide trainings for local law enforcement, EMTs, behavioral health providers, school staff, and the community.
• Create and provide behavioral health trainings for Freedom House staff.
• Maintain a monthly training calendar of all trainings offered.
• Create and manage online training content for Freedom House’s Learning Management System.
