Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or related behavioral health field.
• Ohio licensure preferred (LISW, LPCC, or equivalent).
• Experience with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and clinical supervision to staff.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and support staff development.
• Run structured team meetings for communication and collaborative treatment planning.
• Ensure use of evidence-based practices and model standards.
• Assist staff with client needs related to recovery, housing stability, and community integration.
• Strengthen team communication and resolve conflicts.
• Track program results to drive continuous quality improvement.
