Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Ft. Collins, CO is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for the third shift (11pm-7am) in our inpatient rehab. You will oversee daily residential operations, train the BHT team, and escalate crises as needed, while fostering a positive recovery environment for clients.

The role emphasizes leadership, empathy, and strict adherence to policies, with a focus on client engagement and safety in a respectful team setting.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations ( Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications ).
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance with Avenues rules, policies, and procedures.

What You’ll Do
