Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Collins, CO is hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for the third shift (11pm-7am) at our inpatient rehab facility. You will manage daily residential operations, support the BHT team, and help maintain a safe, supportive recovery environment.

We seek candidates with a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, CPR certification, and at least one year of sobriety if in recovery.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations (intake, supervision, events, transportation, meals, medications, etc.).
• Train and support BHT team in all operations.
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures.

What You'll Do

• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)


• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities


• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician


• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment


• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

• High School diploma or GED preferred
