Avenues Recovery Center is a nationwide network of drug and alcohol rehab centers with 21 locations across 7 states. We are hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for our inpatient detox and residential facility in Aurora, CO.

You will manage daily residential operations, support the BHT team, and help maintain a warm recovery environment for clients. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, CPR certification, and a genuine, empathetic approach with strong

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations ( Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications ).
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures.

What You'll Do
