Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Fort Collins, CO, is seeking Behavioral Health Technicians for the day shift at our inpatient rehab facility. You will support daily residential operations and help maintain a warm, recovery-focused environment.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and compliance with facility policies. A High School diploma or GED and CPR certification are preferred, and candidates with recovery experience are valued.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Minimum one year of sobriety if in recovery.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to set firm boundaries with clients.
• Dignified, honest character modeling recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations ( Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.).
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures

Behavioral Health Technicians for the day shift (7am-3pm) at our in-patient rehab in Ft. Collins, CO!

What You'll Do

• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles
