Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center is hiring a Behavioral Health Technician for the 11pm-7am shift at our inpatient rehab in Fort Collins, CO. You will support daily residential operations, supervise activities, and help maintain a calm, recovery-focused environment.

Qualifications include a High School diploma or GED and CPR certification; sobriety in recovery is preferred. Strong leadership, empathy, and boundaries are essential to support clients and staff.

• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.).
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures.

We are currently hiring Behavioral Health Technicians for the third (11pm-7am) shift at our in-patient rehab in Ft. Collins, CO!

What You'll Do
