Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral sciences or CRC certification preferred.
• Three years’ experience in addiction or mental healthcare agency required.
• One year’s experience in a supervisory position required.
• Verbal or written communication skills required.
• Computer skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and coordinate training for Behavioral Health Technicians and Recovery Support Specialist staff.
• Maintain work schedule to ensure adequate coverage on all shifts.
• Edit time reports and ensure accuracy of reported time.
• Generate work schedules and ensure all shifts are adequately covered.
• Hire support staff with assistance from Human Resources as appropriate.
• Coordinate training for staff and conduct periodic meetings.
• Prepare and conduct evaluations for staff with HR approvals.
• Assist with de-escalation of patients and document care in medical records.
• Coordinate communication between staff and clinical/medical teams.
• Maintain professional demeanor and cooperate with coworkers and management.
