Avenues Recovery Center Fort Wayne is seeking compassionate staff to support medical and clinical teams, admissions, transportation, meals, and daily operations. You will help create a warm, recovery-focused environment and ensure safety by monitoring clients and enforcing policies.

Ideal candidates bring a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, CPR certification, and a year of sobriety if in recovery.

Competenze

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety required.
• Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
• Warm, compassionate and empathetic personality.
• Dignified character that models recovery principles.

Mansioni

• Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones, etc.).
• Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment.
• Monitor clients and enforce all policies to ensure safety of clients and staff.
• Record and upscale any critical communication/incidents in a timely manner.
• Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support).
