Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Lake Ariel is hiring third shift BHTs for 11 PM–7 AM to join our 40-bed residential facility offering detox and inpatient rehabilitation services. You will help manage daily operations, supervise residents, coordinate meals and transportation, and support medications under supervision of senior staff.

We seek leaders with warmth, empathy, and clear boundaries, ready to train teammates, escalate crises, and maintain a recovery-focused atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e. Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.).
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities.
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician.
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment.
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures.
