Qualifications

• A valid driver's license is preferred.
• High School diploma or GED is preferred.
• If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety is required.

• Warm, empathetic personality with ability to set firm boundaries.
• Dignified, honest character which models recovery principles.

Hours: 11pm-9am

What You'll Do

• Manage all daily residential operations (i.e., Intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications etc.)
• Train and support BHT team in all operations and responsibilities
• Escalate any concerns or crises to Lead Behavioral Health Technician
• Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment
• Ensure client and BHT compliance to all Avenues rules, policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

• High School diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred

Where You'll Work

Avenues Recovery Center at Bucks is a community-based, residential-style outpatient drug and alcohol rehab program offering partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient treatment services. This facility partners exclusively with Crosswalk Sober Living—a collection of luxurious sober living homes—to give clients the opportunity to engage in treatment while residing in a beautiful domestic setting with 24/7 supervision and care. Avenues is staffed by skilled and passionate therapists, nurse practitioners, addiction counselors and behavioral health technicians who work tirelessly to give each client the most rewarding, effective treatment experience.
