Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center is hiring Behavioral Health Tech Specialists (BHTS) for all shifts at our Clarksville residential facility. You will support admissions, transportation, meals, and daily operations, while engaging clients in a warm, recovery-oriented environment.

You will monitor safety and assist with documentation, inventory, and meetings to keep the program running smoothly. We value compassionate, reliable team members who model recovery principles and demonstrate strong interpersonal

Qualifications

High School diploma or GED preferred.
Valid driver’s license and CPR certification preferred.
If in recovery, a minimum one-year period of sustained sobriety required.
Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
Warm, compassionate and empathetic personality.
Dignified character that models recovery principles.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational support to medical and clinical teams (admissions, transportation, meals, medication, supervision, phones etc.).
Engage and build rapport with clients, creating a warm, accepting recovery environment.
Monitor clients and enforce all Avenues policies to ensure safety of both clients and staff.
Record and elevate any critical communication/incidents in a timely manner.
Fulfill all administrative duties (shift documentation, inventory, meetings, office support etc.).
