Job summary

Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Lead Licensed Behavioral Health Therapist to support a federal behavioral health program in El Paso, Texas.

This full-time onsite role combines clinical care with leadership and supervision of the behavioral health team. The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in a behavioral health field and an active unrestricted clinical license, plus at least 5 years post-licensure experience and 2 years of supervisory responsibility.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or related behavioral health field.
• Active, unrestricted clinical license in any U.S. state or territory (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC, LCPC, LMHC, Psychologist).
• Minimum of 5 years post-licensure clinical experience.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory/lead or clinical management experience.
• Experience with children, adolescents, families or vulnerable populations.
• Trauma-informed care, crisis intervention, behavioral health best practices, and clinical supervision knowledge.
• Ability to work onsite in El Paso, Texas.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership, supervision, mentorship, and daily support to behavioral health team members.
• Provide onsite behavioral health services to children and adolescents.
• Conduct assessments, crisis interventions, clinical evaluations, and treatment planning as appropriate.
• Offer clinical consultation for complex cases and uphold trauma-informed, evidence-based care.
• Support quality, documentation, compliance, and continuity of services.
