Job summary

Terros Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Dually Located Clinician for the LADDER program. The role provides outpatient counseling to individuals with co-occurring mental health and substance use symptoms, across two sites, with day shifts and a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualified candidates hold a Master's degree in behavioral health and an Arizona license or eligibility, with a valid driver's license and fingerprint clearance. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in behavioral health required.
• Arizona license or eligibility required.
• Valid Arizona driver's license required.
• Fingerprint clearance card required or eligible within 7 working days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient counseling for individuals with co-occurring substance use and mental health symptoms.
• Deliver group and individual counseling, case management, and coordination of transportation.
• Collaborate with treatment team to develop and implement treatment plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress notes.
• Travel between LADDER sites to provide services as required.
