Reporting to the Program Manager, the ideal individual is flexible, compassionate, and professional. This individual provides direct care services (personal assistance and independent living skills training) and supervision of the patient in the own home.You will need to be professional, friendly, a self-starter, organized, and compassionate.

Terros Health is hiring an Full Time BehavioralHealth Technician for our Independent Living Program in Phoenix, AZ.

High School Diploma or GED, as Well as a Combination of Behavioral Health Education and Work Experience Totaling a Minimum of Three (3) Years

Full-time Schedule -Mon-Fri 4pm - 12am

40 Hours Per Week

$2,000 Sign on Bonus! External Candidates Only

• Working 1:1with the member in their home as the residential based program provides customized support for SMI members in their home.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED, as well as a combination of behavioral health education and work experience totaling a minimum of three (3) years; or an Associate's degree in any field, plus two years of work experience in a behavioral health service delivery working with Serious Mental Illness (SMI).


• Customer service skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.


• Ability to work independently, with flexibility, and within prescribed deadlines


• Competency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Nextgen.


• Must have valid Arizona driver's license, be 21 years of age with minimum 4 years driving experience and meet requirements of Terros Health's driving policy.


• Must have a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card or apply for an Arizona fingerprint clearance card (Level 1) within 7 working days of assuming role.


• Must pass a TB Test.
