Reporting to the Program Manager, the ideal individual is flexible, compassionate, and professional. If you enjoy working with individuals during some of the most vulnerable times of their lives, this may be just the opportunity you've been seeking. This individual provides direct care services (personal assistance and independent living skills training) and supervision of the patient in their own home. You will need to be professional, friendly, a self-starter, organized, and compassionate.

Terros Health is hiring a Full-Time Behavioral Health Technician for our Independent Living Program in Phoenix, AZ.
Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, and a minimum of three (3) years of combined behavioral health education and work experience.
Schedule: On-Call, Monday to Friday 4 pm-9 pm & weekends, up to 16 hours per week
Benefits include full benefits, 401K, and generous PTO/PST (4+ weeks)
